Equipment Evaluation

Equipment Evaluation Available for a Limited Time

Once you schedule an evaluation date, we will beging working with you and your staff to begin training on the TMX3000™ system. We recommend that you schedule 3-5 patients for your initial treatment date.

Two to Four Weeks Before Initial Evaluation Day

• A Reimbursement Specialist will confirm case-specific reimbursement amounts for scheduled patients
• An AMS Clinical Specialist or your AMS Sales Representative will contact your office staff to help them become comfortable with patient selection criteria and begin initial training

Day Before Treatment

• An AMS Clinical Specialist or your AMS Sales Representative will be on-site to set up your equipment and provide a staff in-service

Treatment Day

• An AMS Clinical Specialist or your AMS Sales Representative will be there to train and support you and your staff

Post Treatment

• An AMS Clinical Specialist or your AMS Sales Representative will return for your next treatment day
